The Shanghai French School is an institution that welcomes students of all nationalities, from the youngest to the final year (from 2 to 18 years old). The School is proud to offer several linguistics programs taught by an international teaching team that guarantees excellent education to our students. The institution is accredited by the French Ministry of Education and belongs to the AEFE network (Agency for French Education Abroad), which includes 566 schools in 138 countries. The school accommodates more than 1360 students on its two campuses: Qingpu and Yangpu.

The Shanghai French School is seeking a highly motivated intern to join its Communications, Marketing, & Admissions team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our efforts to attract new students and promote the school’s offerings. In this internship the candidate will:

• Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced international school environment.
• Work alongside the team to develop and implement strategies across admissions, digital communications, and marketing.

Profil recherché

Main Responsibilities:

• Marketing:
  • Conduct research and implement strategies to optimize Baidu and Google SEO for the school website.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content (text, images, videos) for various marketing channels.
  • Provide support in website management using WordPress.
  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook).

• Admissions:
  • Assist with the organization of Open House events.
  • Support outreach efforts to prospective families, including lead generation, follow-up, and communication.
  • Assist with the management of leads.
  • Assist with data analysis, CRM follow-up and reporting related to admissions.
  • Assist with the translation of the online application form.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Chinese and strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly and pivot to meet changing needs.
• Strong creative and content creation skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience with WordPress is a plus.

We are flexible on the timelime for the internship, we wish to have someone for a minimum of three months.
